            As a Dell channel solutions partner, CCCS can take advantage of many offerings not available to the general public. The primary role of a channel partner is to provide as easy a transition from one machine or piece of equipment to the next. Our goal is to offer a higher quality product to reduce over all cost of ownership.

Computer order process:

• The client and CCCS discuss computer use, needs and budget requirements.
• CCCS contacts the client with recommendations
• Client orders computer (payment due with order)
• When the computer arrives it is prepped with all client information, and any additional software is loaded. Windows is Registered and activated. All additional updates are installed.
• Data (Docs, Address book, Favorites, etc..) is copied from clients “old” computer, backed up to hard copy, and transferred to “new machine”.
• New machine is installed on site and tested with client.
